My husband and I try to go on a special date night at least once every two weeks. By special I mean spending time together outside of our home. Sitting beside each other on the couch, watching TV, just doesn't count!
For date night with my husband, going out for a drink and to dinner is one of Nate and my favorites! Since Cinco de Mayo is this weekend I'm thinking Mexican food will be on our weekend date night menu!
There's no better place to celebrate Cinco de Mayo then at Chili's!! Am I right?!
Since we live in an area where the closest Chili's is several hours away I have been seriously craving some of their yummy Chicken Fajitas! It was always a favorite when we were going to college and could eat out at Chili's anytime we wanted. The hubs is more partial to their Steak Fajitas, but either way, I can't wait!
This weekend… I hope to pair my chicken fajita dinner with a new CoronaRita at Chili's!!!

The CoronaRita is a brand new margarita made with Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila and Coronita. I have a feeling that it's going to be the perfect drink to go with my chicken fajitas!
I've always enjoyed a good margarita and a cold Coronita separately, so I am very interested and excited to try Chili's new combination!

I had my sweet lil birthday lunch with my baby girl at Chili’s. I LOVE Chili’s. LOVE CoronaRitas. And….I LOVE those Chili’s tile tables. Aren’t they the coolest!

oh man, Chili’s is my absolute fave. I moved to a town without one and often crave their chips and salsa like you wouldn’t believe. yum! That drink looks delish, too.
